Job Description

Looking for a change of roles? Join the Amanora Mall team as the new Leasing Manager, where your main responsibilities will include pro-actively marketing the mall according to tenancy plan and maximise occupancy, tenant management and lease administration & documentation.

The Job Description also includes:

  1. Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
  2. Collaborate with other Departments for the improvement of tenants performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions.
  3. Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation.
  4. Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by Management.
  5. Assist with developing the Specialty Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required.
  6. Research and report to Management on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the mall.
  7. Source and seek out prospective tenants.
  8. Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term tenants.
  10. Renewals, Addendum, MOU, LOI, Renegotiations, Leasing documentation

Work Experience

  1. 6-10 years (mall experience preferred)

Job Description

The Job Description also includes:

  1. SOH management
  2. Advertising
  3. Co-ordination with retailers for SOH and other in-mall activations
  4. Exploring new ideas and agencies for revenue generation
  5. Maintaining term-sheets with retailers for SOH sites
  6. Co-ordination with finance for income generated from tenants and formalities furnished against same
  7. Retailer participation in events, in close co-ordination with tenant relations
  8. Preparation of monthly income reports
